Molecular Proximity-Based Therapeutics

WHO WE ARE

We are researchers from the Technical Univerity of Darmstadt, Germany. Our work focuses on molecular biochemistry, espcially on molecular proximity-based therapeutics. The team conists of two almost finished PhD candidates and one PostDoc. Guided by Prof. Dr. Felix Hausch.

OUR VISION

We employ a robust drug discovery platform to identify hit candidates for novel immunophilin-based molecular glues in our focused library. Through rigid structure-based driven medicinal chemistry we strife to get a hold on the “undruggable” proteome with the aim to develop innovative therapeutics.
